Our cutting-edge prepress team process over 1000 ad-hoc orders a day received from a combination of our own, or our customers’ web2print platforms and through traditional receipt of electronic artwork files and purchase orders.
By harnessing sophisticated integration, batching and pre-flight checking technologies the team processes their orders for optimum production efficiency at the click of a mouse and alongside this manually correct, impose and send ad-hoc orders to print. All this delivers a predictable and repeatable task list to the factory to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and fulfilment.

The Company was established in 1997 as a software developer. It began trading as Card Corporation and built and marketed the first European web2print system, bringing digital technologies together to establish one order to fulfilment workflow through hosted solutions.
Despite the bandwidth issues and the primitive nature of early Internet use, Card Corporation perfected its web2print technology to capture customer orders and output print ready files, becoming the first company to harness this technology within the Industry.
During the Company’s earlier years, any requirement for print production was outsourced, yet with increasing demand in 2008, the Company decided to invest in its own production capabilities. Utilising Indigo digital technology, and trading as Ivor Solution, marketed a complete hybrid solution powered by its Cognitu web2print platform.
Ivor Solution continued to innovate its web2print proposition creating an extended online environment to build all types of printed collateral, not limited to simply digital output. In 2016, Ivor Solution rebranded to become Print Evolved.
In 2012, and after a lengthy search, we realised one of our dreams was to create a work-space fit for the prosperous future of our business. We are located in Highbury, just beyond central London, and have become a part of the Arsenal redevelopment project. We transformed a vibrant, modern 15000 sq ft shell into a highly productive manufacturing centre and state of the art Studio capable of meeting our growth ambition into the next decade. Every year major investments in R&D, software and printing equipment are made to ensure that we are leading the evolution of print.
In 2016 we built a 1100 sq ft training Academy and showroom to provide training and awareness for people involved in print.
